Matthew 18 verse 1-4 tell how the kingdom of heaven must be received - with humility.
Matthew 18:5 tells the reward of helping a child of God.

Matthew 18:11-14 explains how God loves the penitent sinner and isn't looking for the self-righteous.
Matthew 18:15 tells the first step in restoring a brother in the church who has offended or trespassed against you.
Matthew 18:16 tells the next step of bringing one or two witnesses if this brother will not hear you.
Matthew 18:17 tells the next step of bringing the issue to the church if they still won't hear you.
Matthew 18:17 also tells to treat them as heather if they won't listen to the church.
Matthew 18:18-20 tells how the Lord is right there with us in the church in this process.
