You - From Cult to Jesus Christ

A person who who has recently put their faith in God is likened to a baby. Here are a few things I would like to tell you if you are putting your faith in God.

It is difficult to leave the cult and come to know Jesus Christ. It is like the Exodus of the children of Israel out of Egypt into the promised land. Just like the children of Israel, many who leave the cult want to hang on to their own ways and beliefs and are slow to accept the Word of God, God's covenant and his commandments. Many children of Israel did not trust in God nor believe his Word. I pray for your soul that you can make this journey safely. If you have decided to put your faith in God, I would like to hear from you. You can do so through the form at the bottom of all the pages.

On the right are links to the pages of this series of topics relevant to people having faith in God or wanting to have faith in God. These pages contain Biblical teachings I would like to share with everyone who leaves the cult and would like to learn from my experience.

People Who Would Take Advantage

One of the first people to take advantage of the ignorance of people coming out of the cult are other cults and other people who call themselves Christians but teach things against the word of God. Just because you leave the cult and attend a local church, this is not salvation. There are many liars and the Bible clearly warns about them.

See Salvation by Grace - brief overview.

Free Bible and Concordance

Since you are likely reading this on a computer, then I encourage you to download E-Sword. It is a free (to download and use) program that contains the Bible (you can download other versions besides KJV too) with a very quick search feature. It has proved very helpful to me as I've written this website. I encourage you to use it because as you read pages here, you can look up scriptures quickly and read the full context. Also, if you have questions, you can search the Bible by words to find relevant verses. You can learn the meanings of Biblical words by the context of the words. This is really helpful.

You will face many hardships and experience many blessings if you put your faith in God. I would like to warn you of the things you will face and show you the scriptures that contain these warnings as a springboard for your own studies.

I believe it is better to be warned and look out for trouble that to waste years and head right into trouble.

Here's the first topic: Salvation by Grace: A brief overview.

This group of pages is going to be merged soon (I hope) into the group called "Exiting".

To open their eyes, and to turn them from darkness to light, and from the power of Satan unto God, that they may receive forgiveness of sins, and inheritance among them which are sanctified by faith that is in me. - Jesus Christ speaking to Saul, see Act 26:18, see Salvation through Jesus Christ.
