This reminds me to warn young workers that while older workers and overseers like Jerome Frandle have money in trust funds to use when they are arrested, the younger workers are on their own and their parents are left to take care of them.
A bond was signed by Darren Briggs on this day.
The notice to appear in court was given and signed.
Darren Briggs was given notice about his Advice of Rights this day too.
On November 25th, 2009, as a result, the warrant for Darren Brigg's arrest was recalled (no need to arrest him in the future as he has already made a court appearance.
